It Might Be Time to Grow Your Own Lettuce

I grow my own peppers (Serrano/habanero). It's very easy to get sufficient yield out of a few small plants.The peppers at the grocery store are of grotesque proportion. The jalapeños look like bell peppers now.

Oh, yeah, how didn't I think of it before. We can grow our own tomatoes, apples, peppers, and onions and build our own cars, EVs, data centers, planes and nuclear power plants and on and on - in our own backyards. Who needs a properly working market when we can do everything ourselves. \s
